A long-running Elizabethtown tree farm with cut-your-own fields of fir, spruce and pine, a pre-cut lot open into the evening and a shop of made-to-order wreaths and greens.
Hand saws are provided for cutting in the field, and the farm drills, shakes and bales trees at no extra charge, though the biggest trees may not fit through the baler. Cutting your own is only possible before 4:30 p.m.; after that, the pre-cut trees are lit for evening shoppers. Trees can also be tagged ahead of the main season.
Prices are by the foot and vary by species, with white pine and Douglas fir at the lower end and Fraser, Canaan, concolor fir and blue spruce at the top. Balled live trees, wreath stands, swags and bundles of greens are sold too, and kids get candy canes and coloring books. Cash, checks and cards are accepted.
