The Farms at Pine Tree Barn
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Wooster, Ohio · Wayne County
A Wooster tree farm dating to 1952 with two cut-your-own locations, free weekend caboose rides into the fields and a restored 1868 bank barn full of gifts and Christmas decor.
Stop at the Tree Barn for a saw and a numbered tag, then cut your tree and bring it back yourself or drag it to the nearest field lane, where a tractor hauls it in. Shaking and baling are free. On weekends the Little Red Bus and the Pine Tree Express caboose run out to the North Pole fields on Valley Road, which also have a fire pit for marshmallows.
Pre-cut trees, potted and balled landscape trees, wreaths, swags and roping are sold at the Main Farm. The Village Cafe serves light lunches and hot chocolate, and the Granary restaurant offers a sit-down lunch. Fields close at dusk, so arrive by mid-afternoon.
