A small Delaware County farm where you cut your own Scotch pine, open every day of the week through the season.
Joat Mon keeps things simple: walk the rows, choose a Scotch pine and cut it with a saw the farm lends you. Staff shake the tree and tie it for the ride home.
Unlike many farms nearby, it is open on weekday afternoons as well as weekends, which makes it an easy after-school stop. Hours and updates are posted on Facebook.
