Minter's Farm
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Fayetteville, Georgia · Fayette County
A Fayette County farm south of the airport where hayrides carry you to back fields of Murray, Carolina Sapphire and Blue Ice cypress, with Fraser firs from North Carolina and a Christmas shop.
The farm supplies saws, and staff will help with the cutting if you ask when you arrive; on busy days help with the biggest Murrays can be limited. Hayrides run out to the back fields, and the farm has ties for your car roof and drills trunks for stands that need it.
Cypress trees are priced by the foot, with tagged trees cheaper than untagged ones, and Fraser firs grown in North Carolina carry individual prices. The Christmas Shoppe sells stands, ornaments, decor, snacks and cider mixes. Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted, and sales tax is added at the register.
