Country Side Trees
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Walworth, Wisconsin · Walworth County
A cut-your-own farm north of Walworth, close to the Illinois line, growing seven firs, spruces and pines, with a warm gift shop and a Black Friday tradition of Newfoundland dogs hauling trees to the lot.
Hand saws are provided, or bring your own as long as it is not gas powered. Staff shake trees and wrap them in netting when width and weather allow, and twine is on hand, though they will not tie the tree to your car. Prices go by height, so bring a tape measure.
The fields include balsam, Canaan, concolor and Fraser fir, Colorado blue spruce, and Scotch and white pine, with fresh-cut trees too. The gift shop sells farm-made wreaths, garland, boughs and decor. Leashed dogs are welcome outdoors, and cards are accepted.
