Country Cove Christmas Tree Farm

A family-run farm on 35 acres north of Murfreesboro with neatly spaced rows of pines, Leyland cypress, Carolina Sapphire and Norway spruce to cut, plus a wreath shop and a well-stocked Christmas shop.
The farm hands you a bow saw and a measuring pole, and you head into the rows to find and cut your tree. A free wagon ride is part of the visit, and the price of every choose-and-cut tree covers shaking, baling and tying it to your car.
Different varieties open for cutting on different dates, so the spruce and Carolina Sapphire rows wait until early December, and a few Turkish firs are sold only as tagged trees. Pre-cut Fraser, Douglas and noble firs are also on hand. Cards and cash are accepted but not checks, leashed dogs are welcome outside the shop, and there are portable restrooms.
