Jurek Plantations
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Clarence, New York · Erie County
A large Clarence tree farm on Strickler Road with cut-your-own fields, a big pre-cut selection of Fraser and concolor fir and a café, open every day through most of the season.
The Strickler Road farm is the cut-your-own location; Jurek's Transit Road lot in East Amherst sells pre-cut trees only. Pre-cut trees carry colored tags by size, and the farm shakes, drills and bales trees and has a free tie-down station with rope and twine.
Beyond trees, there are wreaths, evergreen arrangements, tree stands and the Candy Cane Cafe. Unlike many farms that open only on weekends, Jurek is open seven days a week in season, which makes a weekday visit an easy way to avoid crowds.
