Christmas Traditions Tree Farm
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Wright City, Missouri · Warren County
A family-owned choose-and-cut farm in Warren County, about 45 minutes west of St. Louis off I-70, where a free hayride takes you out to fields of white and Scotch pine.
You get a bow saw at the field, and staff can help you pick, cut or move your tree. Trees are measured in one-foot steps and tagged at the main path, then ride back to the parking lot on the hay wagon while you pay in the heated gift shop. The farm shakes and bales the tree for free and can drill the trunk for a pin stand.
Firs are sold pre-cut. Santa visits, hot chocolate and candy canes are free, and the shop sells fresh wreaths, roping and holiday gifts.
