A countryside choose-and-cut farm near Union Bridge on the Frederick-Carroll line with one low flat price for every tree, a decorated Christmas barn and a towering limestone rock dressed up as an everlasting tree.
Every tree you cut costs the same, tax included, which makes this one of the simpler stops for families on a budget. The farm opens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Thanksgiving weekend until Christmas Eve.
Beyond the fields, the farm decorates a barn for the season and trims a limestone formation more than 50 feet tall with greens, a star and wrapped gifts, a popular backdrop for photos. Details on species, saws and payment are not posted, so call ahead with questions.
