Davidson Christmas Tree Farm
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Upperco, Maryland · Carroll County
A 60-acre farm in northern Carroll County with one of the widest choices of cut-your-own species in the region, from Fraser and balsam fir to Serbian spruce and white pine up to 13 feet.
Eleven species grow in the fields, each with its own size range: white pine reaches about 13 feet, Douglas fir about 10, and most firs and spruces top out around eight. Prices include drilling, netting and shaking. Pre-cut Fraser and balsam firs are sold as well.
The fields close half an hour before the farm does, and the farm says there are no exceptions, so plan your arrival. There is a snack bar and gift shop, and all major credit cards are accepted. Leashed, well-behaved pets are welcome, but keep them off other people's trees.
