Huber's Orchard & Winery
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Borden, Indiana · Clark County
A large family farm in the Southern Indiana knobs, about half an hour from downtown Louisville, where u-cut Christmas trees cap off a long pick-your-own year alongside a winery, distillery, bakery and cafe.
Christmas tree cutting runs from Thanksgiving weekend into December as part of Huber's U-Pick season. Saws are provided, and visitors ride a U-Pick wagon out to the fields. The farm does not post tree prices online, so call the Farm Market line before you go.
A tree trip here easily turns into a half-day outing: the Farm Market and bakery stock holiday treats, the winery offers tastings, and Santa visits on select weekends. Well-behaved pets are welcome in outdoor areas on a leash but not on the wagons or in the fields. Last wagons leave an hour before closing, so plan to arrive early in the afternoon at the latest.
