A New Hartford tree farm growing Christmas trees since 1976, with cut-your-own fields, budget Blue Tag trees and pre-cut trees, and a Christmas Barn to browse after the harvest.
Handsaws are available to borrow, so you don't need to bring one, and staff hand out twine and can help tie your tree to the car. Cut-your-own trees are mostly 7 to 9 feet, while pre-cut trees from the farm's Massachusetts location and partner farms run taller. The biggest trees tend to go early in the season.
Trees can't be tagged to cut later. Credit cards are accepted. Friendly dogs on a leash are welcome as long as owners pick up after them.
